During the COVID-19 pandemic, it required an immediate response and appropriate action plan. GIAN provided us with flexibility and willingness to assist in the long jeopardy of our operation. Overall their ability improve operations and maintain extra attention to cleanliness standards was well appreciated. The GIAN team helped us to proactively accommodate our guests in high standard of clean accommodation whilst also attending to cost reductions; given the tourism and hospitality industries have been one of if not the hardest hit industries in this global crisis.
With the overall support of trained staff, COVID sanitisation cleans, deep cleans, product supply when it was scarce and overall ability to deliver sanitised and clean rooms on an ongoing basis, gives confidence to us, our team, and most importantly, our guests.
Whilst cost and operations were key fundamentals during our twelve month partnership, the overall attention to culture and bridging the gap between us as the customer and GIAN as the contractor has been exceptional.
