Housekeeping Services 


As the owner/manager of a hotel or serviced apartments, you have a choice in how to manage housekeeping services. GIAN Fogging or Electrostatic
Surface Protectant


OUR surface disinfectant is a simple and effective way to kill bacteria and protect surfaces for up to 30 days. It eliminates odour-causing bacteria and inhibits mould and mildew. It will destroy all bacteria on the treated surface.
Allowing the product to dry will also coat the surface with a microscopic protective layer for continuous protection. Ideal for use around children, pets and plants.


Houseman Services


Essential to the working operation of any housekeeping operation, our Houseman are extensively cross-trained in all aspects of Hotel properties, and can respond promptly to requests from guests and other departments. We identify and report preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms, and can perform any combination of the housekeeping tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, front and back of house.


Maintenance Services


Hotel maintenance management is crucial for hotels as businesses. Supervising the physical hotel facility as well as the systems within it can be challenging. The key to managing it all is planning and understanding the needs of each property.

Residential hotels offer longer stay times, and their maintenance needs tend to resemble those of apartments rather than hotels. Even so, their maintenance needs are still quite varied.


Stock Control


Controlling costs and maintaining par levels of amenities and linen on any property increases bottom line profitability. 

Most hotel use inventory management systems to also prevent losses and theft. We in turn, use these systems to know how much product to order from various vendors. and prepare reports on vendor performance, vendor accountability, and order management.


Front Desk Relief



As  the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, we can provide Front Desk staff to step in where needed, who are capable of handling all stages of a guest's stay which can include:

  • Greet guests as they arrive
  • Engage with the guest to find out their room requirements
  • Manage the registration process
  • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs appropriately
  • Take reservations over the telephone, through emails and in person, including groups
  • Contact housekeeping and maintenance departments when a problem is reported
  • Explain appropriate use of keys and ensure that guests are satisfied with the rooms allotted to them

Stewarding Services


Our experienced teams can ensure your employees have a safer, cleaner place to work. People are less prone to slips and accidents when regular floor cleaning and de-greasing is carried out. We only use carefully selected products to ensure grease and dirt is removed effectively, in line with hotel policies and legislation regarding environmental impact.
Our cleaning operatives can ensure ingrained dirt and grease is cleaned from commercial kitchen floors. Cooker hoods, fixtures and fittings, walls, cooking equipment and extraction systems are all cleaned thoroughly.


Public Area Cleaning


GIAN provides extensive specialised public area cleaning for Hotels and serviced apartments of all size and ratings. We offer our clients a range of services from a comprehensive facility maintenance to full public area cleaning services.

This includes keeping all front and back of house lobbies, public restrooms, business centers, front desk, and portico, lobby lounge in a neat and clean condition. Attention to detail is at the heart of how we approach every service provided.
